Fresh Eyes Studio is a small South African design studio. This notice explains, in plain terms, what we collect when you contact us or use this site, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe. We aim to comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
When you submit the audit form or email us we collect your name, email address, business URL, and anything else you choose to share. When you visit the site we collect basic, anonymous analytics through Vercel Analytics (page views, country, device type). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, run the audit you asked for, deliver work you have engaged us for, and improve the site. That is the only purpose. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers we need to do the work (email host, analytics, payment processor).
How long we keep it
Audit submissions and emails are retained while we are in active conversation, and for a reasonable follow-up window after. Client records are retained as long as we are legally required to (typically five years for SARS). You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@fresheyesstudio.com.
Your rights
Under POPIA you can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our processing. Email hello@fresheyesstudio.com and we will respond within fourteen days.
Cookies
This site sets a small number of essential cookies for the site to function. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
